For: New artists (NA), releasing artists (RA), and label managers (LM) choosing a plan You'll need: A Collabhouse account Time: 5 minutes

Collabhouse offers a small set of plans built around how seriously you're working on your music career — from listening and exploring, to distributing your first single, to running your catalog like a business. This article gives you the categories so you know which plan to look at; the in-app Subscription page shows the live matrix and prices.

Quick answer

Plans get more capable as you move up. The free tier lets you look around. Paid tiers progressively unlock distribution, analytics, ads, fan engagement, the artist community, and tools for managing your career. Open the in-app Subscription page for the live side-by-side comparison and current prices.

What each plan layer unlocks

We won't list specific tier names or prices here because they change. Instead, here are the capability categories you'll see on the comparison page — roughly ordered from "lowest plan that includes it" to "highest plan only".

  • Releases & distribution — Creating, submitting, and managing releases to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, and the rest). Free accounts can view existing releases but not submit new ones.

  • Royalty splits & wallet — Viewing your wallet and any earnings is included from the free tier up. Proposing and managing splits with collaborators unlocks once you're on a paid plan.

  • Analytics — Stream counts, qualified plays, listener trends, and audience demographics.

  • Your artist page — Hosting and customizing your public artist page on Collabhouse.

  • Library — Storing tracks, images, videos, and notes, and sharing them with collaborators.

  • Ads — Running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns from inside Collabhouse.

  • Engage — Tools for engaging your fans directly.

  • Community, groups, messages — Joining the Collabhouse artist community, posting in groups, and messaging other artists.

  • Opportunities — Browsing and applying to opportunities matched to your profile.

  • Perks — Exclusive deals from our partners.

  • AI Manager AI — The AI assistant is broadly available; some advanced AI Manager capabilities may require a higher plan.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Settings and tap Subscription (or go straight to the Subscription page from the sidebar).

  2. Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle to see both billing options. Yearly is cheaper per month.

  3. Compare the columns in the plan matrix. Each row is a capability category.

  4. Tap Choose plan on the tier that covers what you need.

Why it works this way

Most artists don't need every feature on day one — you don't need ad-buying tools before you have music out. The tiers are layered so you can start small and upgrade when a specific capability becomes worth paying for. If you only need distribution, there's a dedicated plan for that.

Common problems

  • The comparison doesn't load — Refresh the page. If it still doesn't load, your account may not be fully signed in.

  • I don't see a tier I was offered elsewhere — Some partner offers or beta plans are only visible after redeeming a code. See article 4.5.

  • I run a label and need more than the top plan — There's a "Talk to sales" option on the Subscription page; it opens an email to our team.
