What is the Community and how do I join?

The Community is the part of Collabhouse where you meet other artists, curators, and music professionals

For: New artists (NA) and releasing artists (RA) who want to meet other artists You'll need: A Collabhouse account on a plan that includes Community Time: 2 minutes

The Community is the part of Collabhouse where you meet other artists, curators, and music professionals — through featured profiles, themed channels, direct messages, and a shared news feed of courses and articles.

Quick answer

Open Community from the sidebar. If you see the page, you're in — browse the Messages tab to find people, the Channels tab to join topic-based rooms, and the News Feed entry for courses and articles. If you see an upgrade prompt instead, your current plan doesn't include Community; open the in-app Subscription page and pick a tier that does.

What's on the Community page

There is a "For You" page with recent post from the community. Next to that is the "Following" page where you can view the posts from the people that you have followed.

Why it works this way

Community is gated to paid plans so the room stays full of artists who are actively working on their music, not drive-by accounts. If you're on the free tier, you can still see public profiles and the social feed in preview mode; you just can't post or message until you upgrade.
