What integrations can I connect?

Integrations let Collabhouse talk to services you already use — primarily so you can run ad campaigns without leaving the app. This article covers the integrations hub: what's available, how to connect, and how to disconnect cleanly.

For: Releasing artists (RA) and label managers (LM) running ads or syncing external accounts You'll need: Admin access to whichever external account you want to connect (e.g. a Facebook page you manage) Time: 5 minutes per connection

Quick answer

Open Settings → Integrations. Tap Connect on the service you want, sign in to that service in the popup, and grant permission. To disconnect, tap Disconnect on the same card. Your campaigns aren't deleted when you disconnect, but new ones can't run until you reconnect.

What you can connect today

  • Facebook / Meta — Required to run Instagram and Facebook ad campaigns from inside Collabhouse. The connection covers your Facebook profile, ad account, page, and linked Instagram business account.

  • TikTok Ads — Required to create and manage TikTok video ad campaigns. You'll need a TikTok Business account, not a personal account.

More integrations are added over time. If a service you expect isn't here, it isn't supported yet.

Step-by-step

Connect Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.

  2. On the Facebook / Meta card, tap Connect.

  3. A Facebook login window opens. Sign in with the Facebook account that manages your pages and ad accounts.

  4. Approve the permissions screen — we ask for the ones needed to publish ads on your behalf.

  5. When the window closes, you'll see Connected on the card. Connections last 60 days before you're asked to re-approve.

  6. To pick which ad account, page, and Instagram account to use for campaigns, open Ad Settings (linked from the card).

Connect TikTok Ads

  1. On the TikTok Ads card, tap Connect.

  2. Sign in to your TikTok Business account in the redirect.

  3. Approve the requested permissions.

  4. You'll land back on the Integrations page with the card marked Connected.

Disconnect a service

  1. On the relevant card, tap Disconnect.

  2. Confirm. We clear the stored credentials immediately.

  3. Your past campaigns and their data stay in Collabhouse — only the ability to launch new activity is paused until you reconnect.

Why it works this way

Each external service has its own login and permissions model, so the connect button opens their login screen, not ours. We store only the access we need to do the things you've asked us to do (run ads, read campaign stats). Disconnecting wipes the access tokens but keeps your historical data so reports stay intact.

Common problems

  • The connect popup is blank or never finishes loading — An ad blocker or strict tracking-protection setting is the most common cause. Pause it for collabhouse.com and try again.

  • "This Facebook account doesn't manage a page or ad account" — You're signed in to Facebook with a personal account that has no business assets attached. Sign in with the account that does.

  • My connection expired — Meta connections last 60 days. Tap Connect again to refresh; no data is lost.

  • I disconnected by accident — Just reconnect. Past campaigns reappear once the link is back.
