For: Releasing artists (RA) and label managers (LM) on a plan that includes Ads You'll need: At least one active, paused, or completed ad campaign Time: 5 minutes
Quick answer
Open Ads, click any campaign card, and you'll land on its detail page. The Overview tab shows total budget, spent so far, days left, and the regions you're targeting. The Insights section underneath shows impressions, results, and how spend is pacing. The Ads tab shows the actual creative the platform is serving.
Step-by-step
Open Ads from the side menu.
Each campaign card shows at a glance: a status badge (ACTIVE, PENDING, PAUSED, COMPLETED, REJECTED, DRAFT), the platform icon, what's being promoted, a budget-remaining percentage, and either the daily budget or total budget.
Click a campaign to open its detail page.
On the Overview tab, read the headline numbers:
Total budget — what the campaign can spend over its full run.
Total spent — what it's spent so far.
Days left — based on your start date and duration.
Target geographies — the countries or regions you picked in the wizard.
Scroll to Insights for time-series performance. You'll see impressions, clicks, and platform-specific results (followers, profile visits, link clicks — whichever matches your goal).
Open the Ads tab to preview the creative that's running, including each placement.
To refresh the numbers manually, click the sync icon at the top right of either the Ads overview or the campaign detail page.
Why it works this way
Numbers come directly from Meta and TikTok and refresh roughly every few hours. The budget-remaining percentage on each card is a quick health check — if it's dropping faster than expected, your campaign is spending quickly; if it's barely moving, your audience or creative may be too narrow. We don't promise specific reach or stream counts because every campaign performs differently based on audience, creative, and timing.
Common problems
Numbers look stale — click the sync icon to pull fresh data from the platform.
"Total spent" is €0 but the campaign is active — Meta and TikTok report spend with a delay of a few hours after a campaign first goes live. Check again later in the day.
Insights are empty — your campaign just launched or is still pending approval. Data starts flowing once it goes active.
I want to change the budget mid-campaign — for Meta campaigns, use the Quick Edit option from the campaign card menu or the detail page header. For TikTok, pause and recreate.
The campaign ended before I expected — you may have hit your total budget early. Check the Insights chart to see when spend ramped up.
