Before you can withdraw money from your Wallet you need to connect a payout method. We use Stripe Connect — a regulated payout processor used by many platforms — to send money to your bank account safely and legally.

Quick answer

Open Wallet → Payout methods → Set up payout. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe-hosted form where you enter your personal details, ID, and bank information. Once verified, you can request payouts of EUR 10 or more from the Balance tab. Bank transfers typically take 2–5 business days to land.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Wallet and go to the Payout methods tab.

  2. Click Set up payout. You'll be redirected to a secure form hosted by Stripe.

  3. Choose your country and account type (individual or business).

  4. Fill in your personal details — full legal name, address, date of birth, and a phone number that matches your country.

  5. Upload an ID document if Stripe asks for one. The list of accepted IDs depends on your country.

  6. Enter your bank account details. Some countries also accept a debit card.

  7. Provide tax information if your country requires it (for example, a tax ID number).

  8. Submit. Stripe verifies your details — this typically takes minutes, but can take a few business days if extra checks are needed.

  9. When you return to Collabhouse, the Payout methods tab will show your account as Active. You're ready to withdraw.

  10. Go to the Balance tab and click Request payout to send your available balance to your bank account.

Why it works this way

We don't store your bank details ourselves. Stripe Connect is a regulated payments provider that handles the identity checks, tax reporting, and bank connections required for paying people across countries. This is the same setup used by most major creator platforms.

Because Stripe is a real financial provider, the form asks for everything a bank would ask for. If you skip a field or enter something that doesn't match your ID, verification will fail and you'll get an email asking for corrections.

Payouts have a EUR 10 minimum. This is a Stripe transfer fee threshold — smaller amounts would mostly be eaten by the transfer cost. Once you request a payout, Stripe initiates a bank transfer; the money typically arrives in 2–5 business days, depending on your bank and country.

Common problems

  • Stripe says my details don't match — double-check that the name on the form is exactly as it appears on your ID, with no nicknames or abbreviations.

  • My country isn't supported — Stripe Connect supports most countries but not all. If yours isn't listed, contact support.

  • Verification is stuck — open the Payout methods tab. If Stripe needs more information, you'll see a prompt with a link back to the form.

  • My payout failed and the money is back in my Wallet — that usually means the bank rejected the transfer (wrong IBAN, closed account, name mismatch). Fix the details on the Payout methods tab and try again.

  • Where's my money? It's been a week — bank transfer time depends on the country and bank. Most arrive within 2–5 business days; a few take longer. Check the Transactions tab for the status.
