How do I navigate the Home dashboard?

Home is the screen you land on after every login

You'll need: A finished onboarding and (ideally) a published release for the most useful widgets Time: 3 minutes

This walks through the widgets on Home, what each one means, and where they take you.

Quick answer

Home is your daily summary: profile and setup progress at the top, then your available balance, a daily growth tip, your most popular track, and your active groups. Each section is a shortcut to the deeper page that owns it.

What you'll see, top to bottom

  1. Profile card with progress ring. Your avatar, artist name, location, and genre tags. The green ring around the avatar shows how complete your account setup is — tap the percentage badge to open the Setup checklist drawer and tick off remaining items.

  2. Greeting. "Good morning / afternoon / evening" with your first name — purely cosmetic.

  3. Available to withdraw. The big green number is the money in your wallet that's ready to pay out. The bar underneath splits your lifetime earnings into three colours:

    • Available (green) — clear to withdraw

    • Held (yellow) — earned but not yet cleared

    • In transit (blue) — already on its way to your payout method

See article 3.4 for what each state means.

  4. Daily Growth Insight. One short tip per day, tailored to where you are in your career. New tip every 24 hours.

  5. Most Popular Track. Your top-streaming track over the recent window, with a per-platform breakdown. Only appears once you have streaming data.

  6. Groups. Up to six community groups you've joined, with member counts and avatars. Browse all opens the full Groups page.

  7. Welcome modal and Feature tour (first-time only). Appears the first time you reach Home after onboarding. You can re-open the tour later from the sidebar.

Why it works this way

The home dashboard is built to give you a quick overview of your progress. The progress ring nudges new accounts toward a useful setup; the balance tells earning artists whether to act; the daily tip gives anyone a small thing to try. Anything that needs more than a glance has its own page linked from here.

Common problems

  • Balance shows €0 even though I have streams — earnings take time to arrive from streaming services. See article 12.2.

  • No "Most Popular Track" section — appears once we have streaming data for at least one of your tracks. New releases take time to start reporting.

  • Setup checklist progress isn't moving — open the drawer; some items (like first release, first payout method) only tick once that thing actually exists.

  • Daily tip is the same as yesterday — [TODO: confirm with product the refresh cadence — is it strict 24 h or per-session?]

  • I don't see the welcome modal anymore — it's a one-time thing per browser. Use the feature tour entry point in settings to revisit it. [TODO: confirm with product where the feature tour re-entry lives.]
